According to a statistics I found on the internet, Brussels is the #4 rainiest city in Europe (after Copenhagen, Oslo and London) with 220 days a year with precipitation. Though, some people (Belgians, of course) put the number at well above 250 with which Brussels would comfotably beat #1 Copenhagen with 251 days.
Ghent is not listed, but given its short distance from Brussels of approximately 60km, one can safely assume the same statistics apply to Ghent too.
